About our rental
Welcome to our luxurious retreat! Centrally located near Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World, our spacious townhome is perfect for families and groups up to 10. Enjoy two lavish king suites, pool, tennis court, and exciting arcade games. We provide a free travel crib, highchair, and access to a playground for your little ones.

Our stay at in Orlando was absolutely fantastic. Great location for our Disney vacation – just a short drive away from the parks, yet nestled in a peaceful and safe neighborhood. The Airbnb itself was immaculate. It was evident that our hosts took great care in maintaining cleanliness and providing a welcoming atmosphere. The space was stylishly decorated and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedding. Communication with our hosts was seamless from start to finish. They were always quick to respond to any questions we had and offered helpful tips and recommendations for exploring the area. Overall, our experience exceeded our expectations in every way. We would stay again when not staying on property.

From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The decor is adorable and you can tell that Nicole really cares about people enjoying their stay. There were even family games available!!! You would not get that at a hotel. The beds were very comfortable. The attention to detail was amazing. The bathrooms had q-tips, cotton balls, and a cloth for removing make-up. My favorite was the kitchen. Coffee pods were provided but also sugar and cream!!! There were spices including salt and pepper. We stay at time shares and this was way better. Everything was clean and organized well. You can see the care put into everything Nicole does. Thank you Nicole!!! We loved staying at your place and will do it again and again. We highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

House Rules
Check-in time is 4:00pm
Check-out time is 10:00am
No smoking or vaping inside the home, doing so will result in a special cleaning fee of $500 to remove the smell.
Quiet hours are 10:00pm - 7:00am.
No parties or events allowed.
Maximum of 10 guests, additional un-approved guests will result in a fee of $50 per guest.
Leave the pool access card at the property when you check out, lost cards will result in a $30 replacement fee.
Do not enter locked storage closet. This is for owners and cleaning crew only, please respect our space.
Other incidentals:
To complete booking, you must sign our vacation rental agreement and complete payment in-full prior to check-in.
There are two outdoor cameras on the premises: one overlooking the driveway, and a ring doorbell at the front door. Do not disconnect or tamper with these in any way.
We recommend you purchase travel insurance to protect you in the event of plans changing or inclement weather affecting your trip.
We are not able to accept mail or packages at our property and cannot be held responsible for missing or undelivered mail. Please do not ship anything to our home during your stay.
If you break our house rules, we reserve the right to cancel your stay effective immediately without refund.
Some amenities are subject to availability and seasonality outside our control, such as maintenance and inclement weather. We will do our best to notify guests of any amenity availability impacts as soon as we are made aware.
Cancellation Policy:
Full refund: Until 24 hours after booking accepted
50% refund: Until 30 days before check in.
No refund: Within 30 days of check in.
